I love the intimate setting and decor that this place has. And it's great that they cater to live music... there's no shortage of bars in downtown Las Vegas, but it's great to be somewhere where music is center-stage. I come to Fat Cat sporadically for The Shed Open Jam.
Amazing bar! The daily live music is of a high quality and it’s nice to be able to pop in without having to pay an entrance fee. It’s not a massive place but there’s a good amount of seating and the menu has some great cocktails, many created with drama too, and the prices for the draught beers are really reasonable. Sometimes it was possible to get table service, but on other nights the staff were insisting on bar service only, but the atmosphere was brilliant and being open late into the night makes it a wonderful venue in the area.
The Cat Cat nightclub inside the Grand Hotel downtown Las Vegas. Just two blocks from the Fremont Experience. This place has live music & comedy. The music they have is blues, jazz, oldies and other styles. Very cool vibe and friendly employees. Their soundman makes sure the music sounds great. Parking is in their garage and Make sure to keep the garage parking ticket with you to have it validated at the club or the Grand Hotel.
