I really wanted to give this restaurant five stars but there were just a few things that kept me from that perfect rating. First, the service is okay. Mostly attentive but I had to request a few too many things that should’ve been addressed, and mostly are at other restaurants. We ordered the guacamole with chips as an appetizer, and that was some amazing guac. Super fresh. Really enjoyed that. I ordered the beef birria tacos and they really fell flat as far as flavor goes. Came for brunch and ordered the chilaquiles verde and bottomless mimosas. The mimosas were strong and served made sure they flowed steadily. But I was disappointed in the chilaquiles. The dish was a lot soupier than expected. There was entirely too much verde sauce compared to the other elements of the dish.
We had our wedding reception here, and it was incredible! The food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. Everyone agreed that the carne asada was the best they'd ever had, and the queso fundido was amazing as well. We will definitely be coming back our next time in Vegas!
