FreeAge 21+ only, valid ID required. Registration ends at 8:30 PM, late arrivals not eligible. Costumes must be appropriate, creative/original preferred. Props allowed but must be safe, non-threatening, no real/replica weapons. Check-in at designated booth behind 3rd Street Stage.
