Participants must be 21+ with valid ID. Costumes must be creative, original, and appropriate. Props allowed but must be safe and non-threatening; no real or replica weapons. Registration at 3rd Street Stage check-in booth behind the stage next to The D Hotel and Casino. All group members must be present and in costume at registration.
