We had a great dinner at Nacho Daddy last night and really enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and well-paced without feeling rushed. The portions are very generous and definitely filling. You get great value for what you order, and the menu has a lot of solid options. The nachos are a must-try—loaded, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The fajitas were also fantastic, sizzling hot, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. Overall, Nacho Daddy delivers great food, big portions, and excellent service. We left full and happy and would absolutely come back.
While in Las Vegas we wanted to try some authentic Mexican food. Somebody mentioned Nacho Daddy and we went running! There are multiple locations, but the Downtown location is the best. We went there twice while in Vegas. Both times the restaurant was pretty empty. The service was on point. They made us feel like family. The food was plentiful, delicious, and the drinks were fun too! The fajita platter was amazing! It comes out of the kitchen and you hear the sizzle before you see the server. Incredible! My new favorite restaurant in Vegas. Would come here every day if I could. Lol. Portions are huge and the food delicious. The house and hibiscus margaritas were fantastic. Didn't actually like the other two specialty margaritas much, but they were interesting and beautiful if nothing else.
