Went with with the tasting menu and it was pretty good. The presentation is great, and the food tastes good as well, but no dish in particular blew me away. Considering the price of most Vegas restaurants this was pretty fairly priced. They have a nice selection of wine as well!
My husband an I were in town for business/celebrating our anniversary this past weekend in LV. We saw Sage got some pretty great reviews so we decided to check it out. We got seated at a cute little quiet booth, and was greeted by our server. He was an older gentleman who seemed very knowledgeable about the menu, and had good energy. We ordered a bottle of wine, and some recommended signature dishes. I've added photos of our meal so you can see the reference. One of my fave restaurants in Aria. The ambiance, decor, food, cocktails and service is the best! I’ve been here over 3 times and have never been disappointed. The food is amazing. The way the flavours all come together, you know that every ingredient serves a purpose. And it’s so beautifully plated, it’s a work of art. Try the chefs tasting menu, it’s worth it. They used to serve a amuse at the beginning (changes) that’s awesome, and ends with a shot of got chocolate that was to die for. I could die eating the food here and be very happy.
