Upscale Mexican restaurant at ARIA featuring hand-shaken margaritas, fresh ceviche and seafood, and an extensive tequila selection with distinctive Aztec-themed wood carvings.
Javier’s at the Aria Hotel is absolutely outstanding and easily one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was excellent from start to finish, with flavors that truly stand out. The salsa was the best I’ve had in my life—fresh, perfectly balanced, and unforgettable. The guacamole was equally amazing, made fresh and full of flavor. Every bite felt authentic and high quality. The enchiladas were incredible, easily one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that care and tradition go into every dish. Th
Extremely pricey gourmet Mexican food. The vibe is good definitely lively and hip. Expect to pay a minimum of $80 per. Most of the dishes are very well prepared and definitely have a higher quality than you might expect. Very good service. The empires were extremely tasty but still bit high-priced. The pork carnitas were very tender and well seasoned and you get a very large plate. There was no weight getting in and the tables and seats are very comfortable.
This was one of the better restaurants in the hotel with excellent food. The dining area was huge and service seemed organized and flowed. The server Angel was attentive and pleasant. My only draw back is that the traditional serving of tortillas prior to the meal is way too heavy (unless you're a big eater). You won't be able to maximize all the courses if you are filled early on with these tortillas. The lamb chops was excellently done. The right amount of seasoning for taste and cooked (as requested) to perfection.
