Our party of four had a 5 pm reservation that we were able to make the same day. Already probably not a good sign. The only reason we chose Catch was because we were staying at the ARIA, needed an early dinner reservation, and had some credit through the hotel. Great ambiance and service. First time eating at Catch and went twice during a work event. Seafood is top notch and fresh. Tuna was delicious. Sliced steak was moist and flavorful. Only knock was the Brussels sprouts side. It was too acidic with the vinegar. While not cheap, it was very respectable in pricing compared to other restaurants. Had a party of 8 with dinner and cocktails for around $850. Can’t wait to go back next time in Vegas.
